WHAT TO EXPECT
WHAT YOU'LL DO...

Market Research & Analysis: Assist with evaluating potential investment opportunities and current market trends.

Property Evaluation: Get hands-on experience in assessing the value and potential of real estate properties.

Project Management: Participate in ongoing development projects, learning about budgeting, scheduling, and team collaboration.

Financial Modeling: Work with financial tools and software to help with investment analysis, cash flow projections, and budgeting.
INTERNSHIP DURATION
3 Weeks | June 23rd - July 11th

Weekly Remote/ Zoom meetings: Monday-Thursday at 9am for one hour.

Week One & Two: 1 in-person meeting at designated property.

Week Three: 2 in-person meetings at the designated property.
INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must reside in the Hampton Roads Area

Must be at least a junior/senior in high school or college student pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

A strong interest in Real Estate investment and property development.

Must be able to attend Zoom and in-person meetings.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
